One-time projects
If you cancel before work starts, we refund the full amount. After work has started, we bill the work already done and refund the rest.
SEO packages
SEO packages can be refunded in full within 7 days of payment if the work has not started.
Monthly services
Monthly ads management can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid; a month that has started is not refunded.
Advertising spend
Money paid to advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) is paid by you directly to them and cannot be refunded by us.
How to ask for a refund
Email contact@emonarc.net with your invoice number. We answer within 3 business days and refund through the original payment method.
