Who we are

Emonarc LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

Quotes and scope

Each engagement is defined by a written quote that lists the work, the deadlines and the price. Work outside the quote is quoted separately.

Fees and payment

Fees are in US dollars and are paid as stated in the quote, by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice. Transfer fees charged by your bank are yours. Work may pause while an invoice is overdue.

Advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to the advertising platform (for example Meta or TikTok). They are not part of our fees.

Your responsibilities

You provide accurate information, hold the rights to the content you give us, and make sure your products and offers follow the law and the advertising platforms' policies.

Results

We work to improve your results, but advertising and search rankings depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific number of sales, a ranking or a return on ad spend.

Ownership

Once paid in full, the deliverables made for you (designs, store themes, copy, workflows) belong to you. We keep our own tools, templates and know-how.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending a service

Monthly services can be stopped by either party with 15 days' written notice. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
